Profil ini didasarkan pada lima dimensi utama kepribadian yang dikenal sebagai <i>Big Five Personality Traits<\/i>, yaitu <i>openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness<\/i>, dan <i>neuroticism<\/i> (McCrae &amp; Costa, 2008). Dalam konteks dunia kerja, pemahaman terhadap profil kepribadian menjadi sangat penting karena memberikan landasan bagi organisasi dalam memahami cara berpikir, perilaku, dan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap lingkungan sekitar (Ismail et al., 2018; Maghfironsyah &amp; Yuniawan, 2019).<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Menyadari pentingnya profil kepribadian, Firstasia Consultants mengembangkan alat ukur STAGE, yang berlandaskan teori <i>Big Five <\/i>(McCrae &amp; Costa, 2008). STAGE mengukur lima dimensi kepribadian, yaitu <i>stability<\/i> (<i>neuroticism<\/i>), <i>tenacity<\/i> (<i>conscientiousness<\/i>), <i>adaptability<\/i> (<i>agreeableness<\/i>), <i>genuineness<\/i> (<i>openness to experience<\/i>), dan <i>extraversion<\/i> (<i>extraversion<\/i>). Meskipun memiliki lima dimensi dengan ciri khas yang berbeda, beberapa penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian individu tidak hanya dapat dipahami melalui setiap dimensi secara terpisah, tetapi juga melalui pola kombinasi antardimensi tersebut (Block &amp; Block, 1980, dalam Robins et al., 1996; Specht et al., 2014). Mengidentifikasi tipe-tipe profil kepribadian memungkinkan kita untuk memperoleh gambaran yang menyeluruh dan menangkap konfigurasi unik dari berbagai ciri kepribadian yang tidak bisa dijelaskan hanya dengan melihat dimensi secara terpisah.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-14917\" src=\"https:\/\/firstasiaconsultants.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"453\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Berdasarkan pemahaman tersebut, Firstasia Consultants menganalisis data kandidat dari Mei 2024 hingga Agustus 2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya empat tipe profil kepribadian, yaitu <i>moderate undercontrollers<\/i>, <i>average<\/i>, <i>overcontrollers \u2013 flexible<\/i>, <i>resilient \u2013 challenger<\/i>. Berikut merupakan gambaran deskripsi dari empat tipe profil kepribadian tersebut.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian dari Specht, Luhmann, dan Geiser (2014) yang mengidentifikasi empat tipe profil kepribadian dari subyek di Australia, yaitu <i>undercontrollers, average, overcontrollers, <\/i>dan <i>resilient<\/i>. Meskipun demikian, terdapat sedikit perbedaan tipe karena adanya faktor budaya dan metodologi pengukuran. Apabila dikaji melalui pendekatan holistik, empat tipe kepribadian ini tentu memiliki dinamika serta <i>coping strategy<\/i> yang berbeda-beda. Bahkan tanpa dikaitkan langsung dengan kompetensi, profil kepribadian sudah dapat menunjukkan dinamika yang akan memengaruhi perilaku individu ke depan.
