Hal ini mengharuskan organisasi untuk terus beradaptasi agar dapat bertahan dan tetap berkembang. International Monetary Fund (IMF) dan Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) melaporkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia tahun 2025 telah direvisi yaitu hanya sebesar 3,2 persen, tidak seperti perkiraan yang disampaikan di tahun sebelumnya (Hendranata, 2025). Ketidakpastian ekonomi global ini tentunya akan berpengaruh besar terhadap dunia bisnis, sehingga organisasi harus meningkatkan ketangguhan atau resiliensi untuk menghadapinya.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Semakin besarnya ketidakpastian yang dihadapi, maka semakin tinggi tingkat resiliensi yang diperlukan oleh organisasi (Abubakar &amp; Aulia, 2024). <i>Organizational resilience <\/i>atau resiliensi organisasi tercapai ketika suatu organisasi mampu bertahan, bangkit, dan maju menghadapi tantangan yang muncul akibat perubahan yang cepat dan tak terduga. Tidak hanya berhenti di sana, namun organisasi yang resilien pun akan mengubah tantangan yang ada menjadi peluang yang mendorong pertumbuhan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Menurut Lengnick-Hall et al. (2011), komponen utama yang membentuk <i>organizational resilience<\/i> terdiri dari <i>anticipation <\/i>(antisipasi)<i>,<\/i> <i>adaptation <\/i>(adaptasi)<i>,<\/i> dan <i>learning <\/i>(pembelajaran). Perubahan yang dihadapi harus diidentifikasi terlebih dulu, sehingga organisasi dapat menyusun strategi penanganan yang sesuai dan pada akhirnya memicu pertumbuhan. Hal ini beririsan dengan pendapat Duchek (2020), yaitu bahwa organisasi yang tangguh harus belajar dari tantangan yang dihadapi untuk bisa bertahan dan memperkuat bisnisnya.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Berdasarkan penelitian McKinsey &amp; Company (2022), terdapat empat hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai <i>organizational resilience. <\/i>Pertama, membangun organisasi yang lincah atau <i>agile<\/i> sehingga dapat membentuk strategi lebih cepat dan efektif. Kedua, membentuk tim yang mandiri dan bertanggung jawab untuk menjalankan strategi organisasi. Ketiga, menciptakan pemimpin yang adaptif terhadap perubahan sehingga tidak hanya bereaksi terhadap krisis, namun juga mampu untuk membimbing timnya. Terakhir, yaitu untuk mempertahankan dan mengutamakan keberadaan talenta berkualitas tinggi dalam organisasi sehingga keberlanjutan jangka panjang pun lebih terjamin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Untuk bisa mencapai <i>organizational resilience <\/i>secara efektif dan efisien, tentunya seluruh pihak dalam organisasi harus memahami urgensi, tujuan, serta manfaatnya. Selain itu, organisasi juga harus turut memberdayakan teknologi untuk membantu mewujudkan strategi resiliensinya. Salah satu contoh produk digitalisasi yang dapat membangun <i>organizational resilience<\/i> adalah AI (<i>Artificial Intelligence<\/i>), dimana teknologi ini dapat mengoptimalkan proses operasional dan mempercepat pengambilan keputusan melalui penyajian data secara cermat (Saragih et al., 2023). Namun, kembali lagi dalam penerapannya pun dibutuhkan kontribusi karyawan dengan kemampuan yang tepat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Terlihat bahwa <i>organizational resilience <\/i>bukan sekedar cara organisasi untuk bisa bertahan, melainkan merupakan kemampuan organisasi untuk menciptakan suatu sistem yang memungkinkan sumber daya di dalamnya untuk bertahan dan berkembang dalam segala situasi. Pandangan ini harus dipahami oleh para praktisi <i>Human Resources <\/i>(HR), dimana mereka memegang peran penting dalam membangun <i>organizational resilience<\/i>. Para pemimpin HR dapat melakukannya dengan membentuk pola pikir yang adaptif dan menciptakan strategi yang fleksibel dalam organisasi (Power, 2024). Oleh karena itu, organisasi hendaknya turut membangun tim yang mampu untuk mengidentifikasi peluang baru untuk pertumbuhan ditengah maraknya tantangan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dengan banyaknya perubahan yang tak kunjung berhenti di era disrupsi, <i>organizational resilience<\/i> menjadi salah satu faktor penting bagi pertumbuhan bisnis organisasi. Organisasi dapat menghadapi perubahan melalui pembangunan organisasi yang lincah, membentuk tim yang mandiri dan bertanggung jawab, pemimpin yang adaptif, serta \u201cberinvestasi\u201d pada talenta yang berkualitas. Penerapan strategi berbasis data melalui pemanfaatan teknologi juga dapat meningkatkan ketahanan organisasi.
