Terdapat banyak metode untuk mengidentifikasi area-area kompetensi karyawan yang membutuhkan pengembangan, contohnya competency-based assessment, 360-degree feedback, dan evaluasi kinerja seperti KPI.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Lalu, seberapa efektif kah metode-metode evaluasi ini? Sebuah studi yang melibatkan 24 supervisor dalam sebuah perusahaan multinasional menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi kinerja atau feedback terhadap kinerja seringkali dianggap sebagai suatu pengalaman negatif (Bouskilla-Yam &amp; Kluger, 2011).
